Years ago, I created a Nigerian one-week meal plan just to help a little. You loved it… and immediately asked for more. So I made a one-month meal plan. Then later, a six-month meal plan. I even created a special one-month meal plan that included all the recipes inside. I made a food time table for kids and you loved it as well!
But the requests never stopped.
“Please make a yearly food timetable.”
“Just give us the whole year, sisi!”
Honestly? It felt daunting. A full year? That’s a LOT. But as a mum, I understood why you were asking. Because this isn’t just about food ; it solves one of the biggest everyday problems we face: deciding what to cook over and over again.
So I did it. Because why not? Wetin I go do?
